DCV Wins Major MSA Across Europe
DCV Global Recruitment has secured a Master Supplier Agreement with a multi-billion-dollar global system integrator in IT services and consulting. The agreement covers eight European markets: United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany, Poland, Bulgaria, Romania, Czech Republic, and Hungary.
The company describes this as a significant business milestone expected to double revenue and strengthen DCV's position in the industry. To support this expansion, DCV has enhanced local delivery capabilities and implemented AI solutions developed by an internal Agentic AI team to automate back-office processes for clients and sub-vendors.
The announcement credits a transformational change programme launched the previous year, which restructured the organisation to promote growth and employee empowerment. The company notes: “We invested in our people — and they, in turn, built the business stronger than ever.”
